The Prity 3C W35 Back Boiler Fireplace in an elegant black graphite finish combines a three-sided view of the fire with the maximum output in Prity's range of Wood Burning Fireplaces. The flame can be seen through the cast iron door at the front and through the two side glass panels, making it an impressive central feature in a spacious living room or a divider between rooms. With a 35 kW back boiler output, it belongs to Prity's most powerful class of Wood Burning Fireplaces – it supplies the radiators throughout the home, while a further approx. 5 kW of heat is radiated directly into the room. This allows the fireplace to heat an area of up to 227 m². The wide combustion chamber (370 x 660 x 595 mm) allows generous loading and long burn times, and the internal ash pan makes cleaning easier. With energy class A, an efficiency of 78.6% and a 3-year warranty, the fireplace is a reliable solution for heating a large house or villa. Efficiency and Energy Class

The Prity 3C W35 Back Boiler Fireplace meets the European Ecodesign requirements, which ensures low harmful emissions, high efficiency and environmentally friendly combustion of wood. With energy class A, an efficiency of 78.6%, compliance with the Ecodesign standard, CE certification and a 3-year warranty, it provides economical and eco-friendly heating. The chimney diameter is 200 mm with a top outlet, and the required draught is 12.7 Pa.

Important Notes on Installation and Use

• Do not light the fireplace without water in the back boiler and without connected radiators or convectors – this will damage the appliance.
• An open heating system is recommended. With a closed system, a safety valve rated at 1.5 bar is mandatory.
• The fireplace has no built-in overheating protection – the system must be designed and installed by a specialist.
• With forced circulation, it is recommended to power the circulation pump via a UPS so that it keeps running during a power cut.
• If the system contains copper components, protect it against electrolysis with a magnesium anode or similar protection. Protect all parts from freezing.
• The fireplace requires a chimney with a diameter of 200 mm. Connection to the system is via a G 1" inlet and outlet.
• This is Prity's heaviest Wood Burning Fireplace (254 kg, without water) with a body of 800 x 1140 x 730 mm – check the load-bearing capacity of the floor and allow sufficient space. When cladding, leave both side glass panels exposed.
