The Kratki Zuzia is a powerful cast iron solid fuel fireplace insert created for efficient heating of large spaces.

With a nominal output of 15 kW and an operating range from 7 to 18 kW, it is conceived for spacious living rooms, houses and villas where serious, stable warmth is needed.

Behind its classic looks stands the proven engineering school of Kratki – one of the largest European fireplace manufacturers – combined with the requirements of modern Ecodesign for clean and economical burning.

The heart of the Zuzia is built of high-quality grey cast iron with 8 mm thick walls – a material that withstands high temperatures, resists thermal shock and retains heat long after the flames die down.

The densely arranged radiators along the body maximise heat exchange and transfer the generated energy evenly to the room, while the tall smoke box with a built-in deflector extends the path of the flue gases and burns off fuel particles – for higher efficiency (80.2 %) and less pollution.

The spacious combustion chamber takes a large amount of wood and allows long burning on a single load, accepting logs up to 50 cm long. The graphite cord seals ensure tightness and controlled combustion, and with the ash pan slider and the built-in chimney draught damper you regulate the flame intensity yourself.

The classic front is protected with heat-resistant ceramics withstanding up to 660 °C, the decorative barrier keeps the logs from falling out, the "clean glass" system keeps the view of the fire clear, and the removable ash pan and "cold" handle make maintenance quick and safe.
